The place was clean, I didn't ask of any names. I entered the store 8:50pm. The young man did suggestive sale to me, is why I'm giving this place the maximum of 3. Everything else went down hill, when the young lady finished my order off. Almost like she had to much time on her hands, didn't want to complete the order, or just didn't care about customer's. Bad experience

Food was delicious and was fairly priced. Good service, restaurant was clean. One restroom was out of soap, but not a huge deal.

I had a great experience at cava today until a korean man entered and was rude and and vulgar to the manager on duty. Destiny the manager on duty was very professional while getting called racial slurs and insulted. I writing this in hopes of her getting her recognition for displaying great disposition while she and her team displayed great customer service!
