I stayed here for about 2 weeks. The place is tucked away in plain sight! The rooms are really nice, clean, and very modern design. The staff is very helpful. I like the fact that they have security that patrol the parking lot at night to minimize car thefts etc. The lobby is really big, with the bistro/bar, with ample seating, also a tv/lounge area, computer space all in one big area but they all set themselves apart from the other areas. The indoor pool is a win and the gym. So you can't beat this place if your looking for a place to stay

Great hotel conveniently located and has a ton of onsite amenities. The staff is super friendly, nice and professional. Rooms are clean and comfortable and fairly large. Would definitely stay there again.

I booked through Booking.com. I arrived to check-in around 11pm on a Saturday night, we were greeted by a young lady. She was very friendly and informative. Everything was nice & clean & it smelled great. However, we noticed what appeared to be poop on the side of our toilet. I let the front desk agent know and notice she was struggling to find another room for us since they were at full capacity for the night. I told her I’d be fine if someone just cleaned the toilet. She expressed that she’s supposed to move me but she just doesn’t have another room and came into the room and deep cleaned the bathroom all over again herself. For our inconvenience, they gave us extra reward points and free breakfast. Aside from the poop, I was certainly pleased with my stay & the way the front desk handled the situation. The king bed was super comfy and so was the room. HVAC worked like the one in my home and wasn’t super loud like most hotels. Our free breakfast was amazing & the morning staff gave us no trouble with providing it. The cafe area staff were very friendly and profession yet personable. Even though they were busy Sunday morning, they held it down.

Worst customer service ever. I've been in customer service for over 45 years. I requested a handicap accessible shower with no tub I got just the opposite. My bed was a box spring with a mattress on the floor with no frame. Norris, Dennis and Ty are the names of the employees that I delt with and that's not everything I experienced before I checked out this morning. I sent an email to the manager Daniel Cruz with pictures haven't received a reply yet. I drove from SC to MD for a wellness check on my mom.

To the National Mall....30 mins
New Carrollton stop is the closest. Best to catch a cab or uber there. You can also walk if you are up for the hike.
