I’ll admit, I did wait a bit of a long time when I first came in after I made an appointment with them online, however, they handled it very well; they have great customer service. They apologized for the wait, gave me a gift certificate for $20, and let me use it the day of after my appointment ended. Unfortunately I can’t remember my nail tech’s name, but she’s amazing; she always takes her time and doesn’t rush through, makes me feel welcomed and taken care of, and does a great job shaping and styling my nails. The owner came by several times to check in and make sure I was getting what I wanted and that I was still doing okay. They provided me a beverage, and made sure I got what I came for. I’m putting a pic of my nails below, bc this time, I got a really cool cats-eye style nail polish, which the tech used a cool magnet on my nails to get the effect. I highly recommend this place, but come if you have some time to spare, and make sure if coming on the weekend to make appointments for earlier than you actually want, but show up on time. You’ll still have to wait, but at least you’ll know, and not be in a rush.

This was my first time getting my nails done since I was a kid and I had such a great experience ! Andy did my nails and he was super super kind and did a great job. I got my first set of acrylic nails and he gave me the exact shape/length I was hoping for, and the hot stone pedicure is a really really nice treat to give yourself one in a while. Definitely recommend coming here if you’re looking for a nice nail spot

I’m so excited to have found this place!! I got a full set from Andy today and am very satisfied with the results! He was very nice, efficient, and did a great job shaping and making sure nails of the same finger on both hands were the same length. The atmosphere is nice and relaxed. I was in and out in a little under and hour and I will definitely be back!!

My roommate and I are fairly new to Portland, we've only been here about 4 months. We're both avid acrylic enthusiasts and we had to go searching to find our new holy grail nail salon since moving here. And we've definitely found it. Not only is it about 2 miles from our house but the people in this place are fabulous. So kind and caring, nice conversations and A+ treatment. Andy absolutely KILLED my nails and gave me exactly what I wanted. Also fairly priced as well. The inside of the shop is so elegant and pretty. Happy to say I found my new nail spot!
