My whole experience was pretty bad. The woman working was really aggressive. I felt like she was trying to go really fast, and in doing so, I ended up with lumpy and honestly ugly nails. I wasn’t asked what shape or length I wanted, she kind of took it upon herself to do whatever she wanted. When I told her shorter, she said she will file them shorter later (which she didn’t). I ended up having to go home and file them myself. I have an appointment with a different salon tomorrow to fix what she did… that’s how bad my nails are. Do yourself a favor and go to one of the many other nail salons in the area! Don’t waste your time and money here.

It was okay, I called and told them what service I was getting along with a SOAK OFF. They close at 7, I arrived at 4:45, I was getting a pedicure. Not once did anyone give me bowls to soak my nails off during the pedicure. Afterwards, she starts to try and take my nails off by peeling the gel off! I get nail extensions and they are applied by gel. So imagine someone trying to peel a false nail and gel off your real nail, it’s bad. Even I know that and I’m not a professional. I had to tell her this is soak off gel and I want to wait and soak it off. She didn’t like that, she even tried to peel it off a second time. Then after they soaked down she was just rushing the whole time and kept looking at the clock. They should just take appointments if time is an issue for them, but you’re not going to ruin my nails because you’re impatient….everyone else in the shop was nice abs had good customer service which is why I’m giving 4 stars. I may try them again, but make an appointment so that I’m not being rushed and my nails are being cared for properly and the end result was also good.

As a man who likes to get his nails done, it can be difficult to find a place that doesn't rush or treat me like a non-important client. I've had a great experience at Savannah each time, and actually drive across town now just to go there. Lee even made my doggo feel comfortable when I couldn't get him home first this time! Really nice folx, I won't go anywhere else if I can avoid it.
