Fantastic place to live! The property managers Shirley & Jake are the best!!! They take care of the place like it was their own. They foster a strong community environment. Meticulous grounds and landscaping <3 Lyn Gardens is a true gem!!!!

I lived there 2015-2017 and had loved it. Its such a tight community and the neighboors are some who have been there for a while. The courtyard area is so pretty and roomy. They are older buildings and the office is keeping up with the repairs needed. The closet in the 1/1 is big. There are only 2 stories.

i lived there for quite some time. the past year was absolutely HORRIBLE!!! the husband manager is "too friendly" with the women (he constantly makes passes and come-ons and is very sexually suggestive). there are gangs living there along with many drug dealers. the owner of these apartments will not give your deposit back, even though you leave your apartment in great condition. dont even consider this DUMP! look very carefully for another place - A DUMP IS A DUMP and this place went downhill very quickly in the past year. the owner of these apartments cant even hire decent people for management. if you live there now, dont even expect to get your deposit back when you move. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMP! one apartment already had a fire in it. too bad the whole place didnt burn down - it should have.
