We have lived here for almost 4 1/2 years. Although we have had about 5 or 6 new property managers in that time, we have enjoyed our time here. Our current property managers are awesome. They can even be seen working on the property on the weekends! They have adjusted well, and they take pride in keeping everything neat and organized. They even had a property 4th of July celebration for everyone, so that we could get to know our neighbors. In this day and age, that is hardly ever seen. It was a very nice gesture! When ever something needs looked at, they respond to you as quickly as possible. This is centrally located to almost everything you need, and it is a quiet community.

I’ve lived here for 4 years. I had two cats when I moved in and it wasn’t a problem at all. The property is well maintained overall. On-site property managers have changed a few times but has always been very responsive to calls for repairs/issues. The interior of my apartment was and is a bit worn and dated but vacant apartments seem to be getting more refreshed recently. The living room is narrow & difficult to arrange due to air conditioner location. The large laundry and storage, plus outside covered patio area makes up for a lot though and the proximity to shopping, restaurants, etc. can’t be beat. This is income-based housing so community is lots of older/senior but a few younger tenants too.

Bad management & can't keep property supervisors. Basically retirement home. Young people and cats aren't welcome. Prefab buildings shake with any step you take. No central air, only wall units.

The lady who picked up the phone didn't even greet me. Instead says " what do you want I'm on the phone". She hung up after I said excuse me. When I called back she answered with a greeting and pretended like it didn't happen. Didn't even apologize when I said we just spoke but got "disconnected". Her name was Shannon. She is very rude. And couldn't get off the phone fast enough when I would try to ask questions. Very unprofessional.
