Went in to trade in a phone for an new iPhone. First got in and they took our name and number told us it was gonna be a bit of a wait. But told us that we should just go online and do it so it would be faster, why would we do that if we're already in the store? Plus we wanted to buy and get a few other things. Anyways, that was fine we walked around the mall and waited until they called us in. Once we got in they said they couldn't do anything because my aunt wasn't an account manager when we literally double checked with our grandmother before leaving, and checked on her side as well. We called my grandma to see if we could just have her confirm in anyway possible. The lady "helping" us did not want to try to solve this in anyway and it seemed like they were just trying to get us to leave in general. Then told us to just go somewhere else to buy a phone. What happened to wanting more sales ? We got nothing and neither did they, loose loose situation. Never going here again and we've been going here for years.

Seriously do not like giving bad reviews but this place takes the cake for horrible customer service. Went in because my husbands phone isn’t working properly… he will lose service EVERYWHERE. The long haired guy who clearly wanted to do anything but help me assured me it was normal and when I stated if I have the same plan and he’s right next to me he should have service when I do the guy responded “well in theory” didn’t take a number to look up my account, wouldn’t help me at all. Take your business elsewhere people.

normally I don't write reviews good or bad but there's customer service and then there's customer experience and yesterday was the best customer service I have ever experienced in a phone store. We went in to Verizon yesterday to have my daughter's phones set up because they were having issues setting them up at home. We were immediately greeted by Taylor who was absolutely amazing! She was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. The customer service was amazing but the customer experience was exceptional. Both of my teenagers said they have never had someone be so patient and helpful at a phone store.

I'd give a lesser rating than 1-star if it was possible. We walked into to a store with 1 customer and 4 employees. We were told they were only taking customers with appointments because of staffing issues. The manager told us 3 employees called out sick. We sat on a bench a little ways down from the Verizon store for a while, trying to find other options of buying a phone and saw maybe 2 customers go in the whole time. Then as we walked by to go to our car, we heard and saw two women go up to the customer service person at the front and say that they had been having problems with their phone. He asked if they had an appointment, they replied no. He found them a representative to offer them assistance, who proceeded to show them around the store looking at new phones. I figured maybe they had some cancellations, so we went back in. We walked around, looked at the phones and no one approached us. Meanwhile, another customer walked in, without an appointment, and got help. I wrote this entire review, waiting inside the store and wasn't approached once to see if we needed anything. Maybe it's time for a new carrier, I guess Verizon is comfortable with the amount of customers they have and don't want my money. Womp womp... On our way out I told the manager, in his otherwise empty store, to not have too hectic a day, being overwhelmed with customers and all. He showed us his tablet, indicating the many people who have appointments that are on their way in. I let him know we'd been on the bench and seen that they had only a couple of people enter since then. I didn't mention that we'd seen two of his employees hanging out in the back. They had staff and one customer at this point. Who knows why there's excuses being made? Maybe they wanted an easy day. *shrug"

Yep. Food court. If you go in the Dicks Sporting Goods entrance take a right, if you go in the Target entrance take a left.
