I have visited the store multiple times and have been pleased every time. I’m thankful for their hours since the Astoria post office is closed on the weekends, and they make Amazon return super easy!

-OLD REVIEW- Teller wouldn't accept my package of metal machine parts and refused to listen. Go by the airport if you want a package sent as it seems that it would depend on the mood of the employees if they want to help you or not. -Updated review- I decided to give them a chance again and the person behind the counter was helpful and accepted my package without attitude. My last experience here was a pleasant one with no nonsense or attitude. I'll be trying here again in the future and update to 5 stars if I have a good experience again as I believe in places redeeming themselves.

I get that it’s peak season. It’s peak season because we all have loved ones and we are all trying to meet expectations or do things for the ones we love. I called to see if this store would be able to meet my print need which is 1 Christmas photo and I need 14 copies. Was told that print jobs are delayed until next week. I said there has to be a price, I once worked at the UPS Store and understand the stress and I was willing to pay more for what should be a quick easy job. A price according to the manager was $2,000 - $3,000 … so go fly a kite in other words. Well Merry Christmas and God bless

Wow. I've been a customer about a year now. I came to check my mail early Saturday morning. No biggie, right? Emilio called the police on me! Cop came up and said he got a report that my car was "acting suspicious." WHAT? What does that even mean? I was reading my mail! I'm absolutely furious. Emilio was my favorite employee, he's seen my car dozens of times. I'm already too scared to check my own mail, I frequently get reprimanded or threatened with fees, I'm changing my address today. To what, I'm not sure, but anything is better than that. Wow. No idea why Emilio would do that to me.
