Outside atm was removed 3 weeks ago and still isn't up... inside atm has been down for 3 weeks as well. Unacceptable.

Pretty disappointed with this Chase branch. Waited 15 minutes in line just to find out that there was “not enough banker coverage” to be added to my wife’s checking account. Was told we would have to set up an appointment. Very sad because I know for a fact that other banks don’t turn people’s money away. Maybe I should try US bank?
