All my nightmare was starting on Feb, when I went there tried to open a checking account, I was rejected and was told that I owe Wells Fargo( later shorten by WF) money, ever since, I kept fighting with that fake accuse, which including filed complaints with consumer protection bureau, I even went to senior Jack Rosen’s office to get help. Finally in May, I received a letter from WF which states that I doesn’t owe WF any money, but strange thing happened ever since, my credit score is over 800, but after the May, I won’t be able to open any credit cards from other financial institutions. Like the sayings”I won the battle but lost the war.” I’m not going to have any business to do with WF, not to use the credit cards I have with them, all my family and friends saw what going on with me, and they lost interest to do business with WF too.

The Staff has changed from great to bad .No complaints about the tellers,, but the Desk Clerks are very uncaring, unconcerned, unaccomodating and cold. The desk clerk service is lamentable. After 20 years of baking here , I have decided to do my banking at another branch. Now I have to travel 3 more miles to to do my banking transactions.

This wells Fargo is the worse we made an appointment to just do a wire transfer all the bankers where just walking around gossiping instead of helping...we had to wait 45min after our appointment time... this branch is the worseI’m truly sorry this was your experience when visiting this branch.
