Really not satisfied with service. First problem, paid invoice and was transferred by phone to the Dr but it went to his voicemail. Trying to call back Cannacare for help was useless, on hold for 25 minutes with no help. Finally got a call from Dr. Was told I’d receive my certification in 3 hours. 24 hours later, and a few emails/calls, nothing. I’ve been a Cannacare customer for over 5 years. Getting certified was always instant. Still nothing. I’m disabled and this is very upsetting to me.

Very happy canna care customer for last 4 or 5 years and this year has not been a good experience. For the last few years, certification has been instant and pretty much set up as i walked out of the door. This year, i just get told inaccurate info over the phone and then forwarded to voice mailboxes and told to leave a detailed message...which then no one calls me back. Very unsatisfied with this experience and will certainly be looking for alternatives in the future.
