Worst bank in America. I've never gotten anything done that needed to be done without tons of extra information that no other bank needs. I'm never going back. I will wait the extra 3 days to let my bank cash my check.

If I could give zero gives zero Stars I would. Long line and takes forever. I wasn't the only one waiting over 30 minutes just to get to my money. To add to this they made the woman that was waiting get her handicapped husband out of a car in a wheelchair too, she walked out bc was late to an appointment and had to have her daughter pick up her handicapped husband. Appatently their computer was down to look her up on the account. Ridiculous and terrible customer service.

The drive-thru times at this branch are the absolute longest unless you luck out and are the only one in line and go straight to the window. I've been to hundreds of banks over the years and this bank branch drive-thru is hands down the worst. The mandatory one star is generous.
