Much appreciation to the guys making this place happen. I'd like to thank you Dennis, what a pro. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and intense workout; and a mental retreat from the daily grind.

I love this gym!!! Dennis and Kevin are so personable. It is small and close to home. Clean and professional. I spend time there most every day since I joined in June and it's my clear my head happy place!!!

Dennis takes the extra steps to assure everyone's health and safety. With the current viral threat, he is in daily to sanitize all equipment and facilities. We are lucky to belong to this great gym for this and many more reasons. He is well educated in physical therapy and wellness. I encourage all to see the benefits of this smaller gym.

A great, small gym. Has pretty much anything anyone ranging from beginner to very advanced could want or need. No rack, only a smith machine, but there are plenty of dumbbells and three extra barbells for use. Very easy to get in a full routine witgout having to wait around for a machine. Always pretty empty, and when others are there they keep nicely to themselves and are very polite. Kept super clean at all hours as well.

Hi Manny, we are a 24/7 access facility. Members receive an access card upon enrollment which allows 24/7 access. We do have a half rack on site. This allows for all olympic style lifts including squats. Let us know if you have any additional questions or when you would like to stop by to see our facility.
Hi Joel, thank you for the inquiry. under the current Covid-19 mandate for the State of Oregon, we are temporarily closed until the Governor give us permission to reopen.

When I signed up, I got one free hands on lesson explaining their "basic 8" exercises, which is all done with machines. There is also a personal trainer you can hire.
