After having a problem with my propane heating stove we bought from Portland Fireplace not staying lit. I contacted Ray . He called the factory service techs and found the remedy for my problem .I hadn't installed the flue pipe correctly and with his wonderful help I got the stove working properly. When we purchased our stove, Kristen helped us with the rebate and warranty registration in a very timely and courteous manner. I would not hesitate to patronize their store again. Their customer service is fabulous!!!!!

Due to a miscommunication on our installer part, we thought that we would be stuck with a stove that didn't work for us. Ray took the time to reach out and make sure we were happy and was willing to work with us to make sure we got a fireplace that would work and didn't involve tearing out windows. Always friendly and helpful staff. We bought our fireplace from them a couple of years ago and they have been wonderful. They also have a great selection of grills, accessories and can refill your propane tanks all while observing Covid-19 precautions.

A little expensive but the stuff you get is made in the USA and its a locally owned shop so the slightly steep price is worth it to support local business and companies in the USA. And now we've got a new firplace door. Very satisfied with the customer support
