The driver was hella cool, the only reason I took the taxi was because I don't have lyft or Uber download and it was a castle to set up n everything.

no call no show on a ride scheduled 24 hours in advance. I tried to confirm in the hour before the pick up and got no answer from the person who said they'd be the driver or from the dispatcher. sorry, but no second chances in situations like this.

Easy to schedule ahead for my trip home from the airport. Driver waited despite my 30min delay. Cab was immaculate. Driver was efficient and professional. Will use whenever I need a ride.

It was our first day in Portland and we decided to go to Bella Organic Farm. It took 45 minutes by Uber just to move 2 miles and my reception was getting bad. It was the beginning of a nightmare. It was super crowded and we decided to leave around 4ish. But all the Uber drivers cancelled on us and Lyft wasn't even working at all. And reception was getting worse. So I called and they said they will have someone there in an hour. At first we couldn't get ahold of him because of the reception - we couldn't even call him so resorted to texting. After waiting for almost 2 hours, we saw a silver car with the taxi stickers but it looked like he was leaving so we hurriedly tried to walk to the main road. At first, we thought he had past us so we just decided to walk all the way to Sauvie Island bridge because there was no way we can leave if we waited. Finally, after walking in the dark for almost and hour and crossing the bridge, the driver called us again. And miraculously, he was still around and turned around to get us after trying to find us for 3 hours. He was truly a lifesaver. I just regret not getting his name. Thank you!!!!
