Fixed 2 issues but not the 3rd Mentioned a different issue I didn't have Didn't change my fuel filter my mechanic told me Not sure what's up with these guys Been disappointed all 3 times but now I go to a different place so hopefully I never have to use DSU again Prices are ridiculously high Even filed acomplaint, but they didn't even care to address the issue Gave me my vehiclebsck with loose screws ,

Ever since DSU sold service is below par. I wont be back. I suggest going to Weston GMC in Gresham, the top employees have relocated there. I feel sorry for the remaining employees. Weston is top notch and I've been going there for years.

Review is for service center only: Overpriced as most dealers are, not great at diagnosis with vehicle's. At one point they did not even lock the MANUAL locking hubs to engage the 4 wheel drive. Just clicked over the switch in the cab. Had a front driveshaft issue. Said it was fine, it wasn't. They were unable to diagnose a clog in the ac line also. Customer service is decent, turn arpund time for work is good WHEN they know what to fix.

The company I work for has purchased quite a few trucks from these guys. They're always great for warranty work. The shop guys John and Dave are great. They have helped me on multiple occasions. They're open late. Most of the time they can get something in next day. The parts guys are awesome as well, extremely helpful and friendly. I have worked with Vinny on quite a few things as well. He's always prompt , friendly and willing to go out of his way. Great place
