Not sure why you’re able to schedule an appointment on the website at a certain time on a certain day when that day/time is not actually available!? Also claim to be taking new dental patients but no appointments are available until months+ later.

The medicine is good but you can't reach anyone by telephone. 30+ minutes on hold and disconnects are common.

Never answers calls. When leave a call back #, never call back. Have tried this more than once. Receptionists are rude and impatient. Which is upsetting because my husband likes the doctor. We just can't ever get through. And, it's not just one of their facilities. They're all in this group now that make people feel less connected on an emotional level with their doctor, and more like cattle. Get em in, get the cash, get em out....patient every 15 min equals nice cash flow. One star for the doctor.

Dr. Matt is Great!!! He listens well and I can tell he cares. Also all the nurses have been very nice with a good sense of humor.
