Had our oil changed on Tuesday, got the truck back Wednesday, was broke down not even 24hrs later on Thursday evening. The truck dropped every bit of oil that Pape just changed. They failed to put a filter on correctly, resulting in 3200$+ worth of damage & labor, plus the cost of the tow, a late load, & 2 nights in a hotel. Would not recommend letting this dealership work on your truck. 👎 The photo provided hardly show just how much oil blew out all over the entire engine compartment.

So far, not a pleasant experience. My truck went in for scheduled maintenance on a Thursday and was supposed to be out on the following Monday and it’s been over a month… Heater issues, alignment, overhead. I can’t explain how frustrating it is as an owner op. How do they expect for people to operate a company. This is my fault I always use my mechanic in Vancouver but I wanted the overhead done by a dealer, boy did that cost me. To date, my truck is still there Update-Corporate asked me to reach out to them, I immediately called and discussed everything. I was told they were going to contact management in Portland and get back to me. I’m not holding my breath, I just think it’s fascinating how they don’t value their customers.
