Worst customer service experience ever! I left shaking. The hotel overbooked and without notice cancelled my room. The receptionist Melody at The front desk was rude, unapologetic and dishonest. I was told very abruptly and rudely without explanation that my company cancelled my room when actually it was the hotel that overbooked. I said I drove from 2 hours away, Melody was completely cold with her response and locked the front door as soon as I walked out of the building. At least show some remoarse for the hotels mistake and don't lie! Melody definitely needs a lesson in customer service. Take the previous reviews about bad customer service seriously. It really is horrendous. Don't expect to be treated well here at all!

This was the nicest hotel experience I've ever had. Tiled, perfectly clean floors. Nice decor. Quiet. Everything worked. Convenient. Soothing. Very affordable.

The staff was nice and patient with us. We were both tired from our trip and the staff made it easy for us to get our room. The price was more decent since we came on a busy weekend. We had a restful night.

Stayed for 1 night as a little staycation for me and my wife, the bed was actually comfortable and the room was clean but thats about all of the good, the front desk was rude and unprofessional, we got woken up at 7am on a Saturday to the hotel staff rearranging the room above us. The breakfast we disgusting, waffles tasted like playdoh, fruit was old. I made a request to speak to the manager and was informed that the owner was not available so I left my number so I could inform her of the issue, never heard from Bella, called a week later to find out why I have not received a call, once again they took my number and still no call. Never Again!
