I was very impressed by the front desk people, and the rest of the staff. Very polite and professional. The room was very nice the bed was very comfortable and I can't say I really had any problems except for the parking, which is basically non-existent, if you get there too late (in their defense, a section of the parking lot was cordoned off at the time).

Loved this place. Reasonable rate, smiles greeted us, clean and comfortable room, plus a great breakfast selection. This was one of the best places on our travels to say goodbye to an Uncle. The staff were responsive and the beds gave us the best sleep in days. Just what we needed to start a difficult journey.

A great place to relax & be comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with many options; staff was courteous & helpful. Rooms were clean, comfortable, & spacious with microwave & refrigerator. The lobby & dining area are open & very nice to visit with family. I had a wonderful experience & really enjoyed my stay in Springfield.

When we got in it was after 2:30 in the morning and the staff was excellent to deal with. Held our room for us and was very friendly and helpful when we arrived. Our room was very clean and the bed was, OH MY COMFORTABLE! I would say it was the best nights sleep we had recieved in a long time. Getting up the next morning was hard, the beds and pillows were just that comfortable. When we did finally get up and about, we decided this was the hotel we wanted to stay at on our way back so we immediately went to the front to book it for the end of the week. Again, the stay at the end of the week was just as wonderful as at the beginning of the week. We have decided that when we are in eugene again, this will be the hotel we book. We don't even need to try any other hotel in town.
