This place is in a seedy neighborhood, with alot of homeless. I was worried about my car and the hotel states they are not liable for damages. They also double charged us for our rooms and we had to get a refund with the credit card company. Rooms had no hot water at all. Dirty in places. Etc. Do not recommend.

They are remodeling, but this place needs cleaned. The elevator is filthy. The rooms are dingy and the showers need updated! There is a sign that the indoor pool will be closed March 9th for renovation. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. I would have but I booked non refundable. Some of the staff was great and others so so. No smiles or any type of greeting. Needed toilet tissue in the room and called front desk and was told to come to front desk and get some. Gave a review of one, the beds are comfortable. Also laundry room was out of order...good geief...

Stayed here almost 3 weeks... great breakfast in morning. Pool has too many chemical's. The rooms are decent, as bit small compared to similar priced hotels. Staff is friendly the property is clean and located to many stores , restaurants and entertainment

I didn't have a great experience here. The room smelled like cigarettes when I walked inside. Fortunately the AC works great and was able to alleviate the smell. The drywall above my sink needs to be patched. It looks like the lights above the sink were changed at some point. Fixture in the bathroom was very rusty. Additionally, the wallpaper was starting to peel up in a few places and the paint was scraped up in several places in the room. The bed was fine and breakfast was decent. I think a little more time spent in repairs would really increase the overall customer experience here. The price was low, so the room was only slightly worse than expected.
