Brandy@Front Desk & Brittany@The Bar the two of you made my stay complete. You two are beyond appreciated for your kindness and help. My room was clean and spacious. I had a private balcony above the pond. The breakfast provided in the morning was great. The bar downstairs has exceptional. I ordered a BLT and what Brittany brought me was more food than I could imagine. And it was delicious. I have not one complaint on this hotel. Would definitely recommend it and will be staying with them again.

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! Would 100% stay here again. This hotel is a hidden gem in the Portland area. Do NOT be fooled by the front/exterior of the hotel. It looks very small from the front, but I guarantee you will be impressed once you enter the property. There is a gorgeous courtyard with a fountain and beautiful garden. The staff are incredibly kind. Rooms were updated and very spacious, perfect for a family. We booked a standard 2 queen room. Next time will definitely stay in a courtyard facing room, as it was gorgeous day or night. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Dear God Yes. So much yes. We were stuck in Portland. Car broke down. Got the Best Western near our dealership. This place is awesome. The bar, cigar bar..the food..the room. It was all perfect. I can't say enough good things about the staff. Mel in Lou's, Dakota in the cigar bar. All of them are wonderful. From the front desk to the bartenders. I would stay here again and again. No..not centrally located..but who cares. This place is perfection. For the price!? Better than any hotel priced $100 more. Ditch the high priced places for here!

This used to be The Shiloh Inn and has markedly improved since Best Western took over. Full hot breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, make your own Belgian waffles and more. Rooms have tile and vinyl flooring so no dirty nasty carpeting. Decent size rooms and fairly comfortable beds with plenty of pillows. Don't hesitate to stay here.
