The rooms were a bit smaller than I expected. The area around the hotel is beautiful! It's close to the hotel so you do hear planes now and then but it's not too bad. There's a Target close by for convenience and the staff is amazing! Jimmy at the front desk went above and beyond helping us find a parking spot even though he was already done with his shift! Would definitely stay there again.

Our overnight stay was good and the shuttle ride to the airport worked out very well. but when we got to the airport after our return flight 5 nights later, we called the front desk to request shuttle service back to the hotel, and she said to call back when we were outside in the pick up area—which we did. When we called back a second time the phone rang and no one answered we called several times and finally after 40 minutes of waiting and trying to call repeatedly we finally had to drag our 4 pieces of luggage to the Taxi pick-up area and we took a cab back to the hotel to our vehicle it was extremely frustrating to wait 40 minutes (plus we still had a 4 hour drive to our home)! & not get the service we were guaranteed and have to pay for a cab ! When we got back to the hotel the staff at front desk said she was the only one on staff and couldn’t answer the phone—she just let it ring and ring and ring ! we will never go back again! It would it would’ve been much quicker if we would’ve parked in the furthest parking lot in the airport!

Date: 4/9/22 Situation: 1 lady biz traveler - 5 hour "sleepover" Location: very close (2 mi. from PDX) Summary: 24 hr shuttle - good people - clean & quiet A real person (Andrew) to talk to at the front desk! Helpful shuttle driver, extremely clean shuttle, facilities, room and common areas. Reasonably priced, wonderfully quiet, all services delivered as promised. Would highly recommend and will return again, if there's a need.

Traveling after a day of work and arriving at a place where everything was focused on you resting and relaxing, it was very refreshing. The very helpful and professional staff made for an excellent customer service atmosphere that made it the right place to stay. Everything clean and comfortable added to the touch of care everywhere, wonderfully combined in the colors around the premises, made our stay exceptional. Thanks.
