Positive: Location, price, staff was very helpful. Blackout curtains were great to block early morning sun. Two heat pumps were nice, allowing us to regulate room temperature. Negative: Need tissues in the room and a second roll of toilet paper. One of the guys who work there was extremely rude to me and my wife just because we didn't dress like upper class people and because my mother treated me and my wife out as a gift. He legitimately seem like we didn't have money like bro we ain't bums we have money sorry middle class people don't wanna dress in fancy clothes and etc learn to dress comfortably some time you'll enjoy it. None the Less the place was beautiful food was amazing. Maybe if I had shown my GI ID it would've whipped him into a better attitude.

Positive: Nice price, seems like it used to be top notch before it got run down. Negative: Every time you go to the front desk it takes 20 or 30 minutes. There was a big alcohol fueled fight in the hall with cops and basic bar room behavior that went on from 1am to 4am making it impossible to sleep. Even the cops didn¿t make it quiet.

When I arrived it was dark. Parking area was not lite up very well. The staff was nice although she never acknowledged I was a Diamond member or asked if I wanted points. The hotel is fairly large. I couldn't find any markings or signs as to which direction I needed to go when get off elevator. Of course I went the wrong way. Couple staff members came off elevator so I asked and they showed me were I needed to go. The room was nice size for a king. Room very clean. No water pressure for shower. Following morning when checking out no one at the desk...was a sign letting anyone know they stepped away. 15 mins is what I waited for someone to come back. They do have a security and he was leaving while I was waiting to check out. No breakfast of any kind or at least it wasn't offered. Now that it is light out...the hotel sits on the Columbia River. The grounds needs sprucing up...little on dirty side...storage containers (several) sitting in front of hotel. While walking to my vehicle a man came out from behind my vehicle kinda startled me some what. I am up here on business and have been for over a month. The rate is what drew me here. I will pay more for security and a hot breakfast.
