I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. It’s a great location and I love the design. Our room was beautiful and so comfortable. Beyond everything else, Hope and everyone at the front desk were the best! They made us feel welcome and called us by name when we entered. Hope scheduled a taxi for our return to the airport. Tommy in the bar was so much fun. It felt like everyone in the lobby truly works as a team to make guests feel at home.

Lingxiao Sun

A perfect place to stay if you need to be close to city centre. The room is clean and tidy, breakfast is delicious, and the reception crews are super helpful. Special thanks to Alex who spent a whole 10 minutes showing me how to get a bus ticket to Woodburn and get back from there. Will surely return when I visit Portland again!

The staff made this five stars for me!! (Otherwise I would have done 4). They went above and beyond in terms of being kind & accommodating. I had a late flight and although they couldn’t get me a later checkout than 2pm, they made sure I was comfortable & had water and whatever I needed. The hotel amenities were great and housekeeping was great. Front desk staff and bartender were amazing!

Seattle Adventures

I pulled into this beautiful hotel in downtown Portland and I just got a new car. When I pulled up to the valet I had the pleasure to be checked in by Jeffrey. I am writing this review because of Jeff. My experience and this hotel and the surrounding area were great. I was checked in my car safe and secure and Jeff give me a little info to check out some local hot spots.. Thank you Jeffrey for taking of my new ride and directing me to the local hot spots. Highly recommended.
