Loved this hotel. It is stylish, comfortable, clean and had everything I needed. I also liked how they had cold filtered water in the lobby, also loved the restaurant and the patio was stunning. I would recommend this place to my friends. Also the staff here are all incredibly welcoming and genuinely care about guests. I had a personal incident occur during my stay (personal emergency) and the manager treated me with the upmost care and respect during a sensitive situation. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to her! I really appreciate your kindness and compassion.

The hotel is beautiful, clean and comfortably modern. The staff is welcoming and lovely. The rooms are stunning the bed and crisp linens amazing. Great bathrobes were just a fun luxury. I didn’t want to leave. The game room is a blast as well. Courtyard is beautiful. A great experience, I will be staying here every time I come to visit my new favorite city.

The hotel lobby, outdoor seating and staff are amazing. Very friendly and welcoming. Wish we had more time to take advantage of gear shed. We didn't have an issue until the next morning. Woke up to a horrible smell coming from the bathroom. It had a strong mildewy smell and realized the back of the toilet had been dripping all night. That made us check out quicker then planned. Mentioned to hotel staff and they cleared our mini bar tab balance from the drinks we got from the lobby. I thought we were well within our $25 credit but apparently we went over. 🤷

The staff was really nice and very accommodating. The lobby looked really beautiful and the fire pits were a nice touch for the cold weather. The rest of the hotel was a disaster. The first room we were given had urine on the toilet. We asked to switch rooms and they were very nice about it and switched rooms. The next room we went to had urine on the toilet. We asked again to move rooms. They switched rooms for us again. The last room was fine at first the bathroom was decent until the night before the last we noticed red stains on the sheets. Couple of hours later my face starts to get bumpy and my eye starts to swell up. This hotel is not worth 4 stars. Please save your money.
