Overall this hotel is very well kept. The staff are all friendly and courteous. The room I was in seemed a little cramped. Which I understand, you make smaller rooms to fit more so you can hold more guests. The shower was also very compact, I'm a big person so maneuverability is huge for me. This hotel is located in a concrete jungle with a lot of street parking. That alone makes navigating in and out a little difficult. Their parking is $10/day and located underneath the building. When there are a lot of guests it's hard to get in and out of the spots down there. The pool only goes 4 feet deep and shallow end is 3'6". The hot tub was pretty nice though. Food was amazing, I recommend the flatiron steak. Everything I had there was amazing but the steak topped it all. Personally, I'm not a fan of the flatiron cut but they make it work. The steak is $25 and comes with broccoli and mashed potatoes.

Beds are horrible. They were so hard my babies kept tossing and turning. I myself could not sleep. I couldn't stay another night. Parking is a nightmare. No parking if your driving a truck or suburban forget about it. Those parking spots are so small that even a compact car will have issues. Due to the big pillars that reduced it even more. At close to 200 a night not worth it.

Very nice hotel but location and parking is a pain. $10 per night parking charge and you have to open the garage by room key is time consuming on a quick business trip. Although it make garage more secure and i do liked that. They do have Guest Laundry in the lower ground floor. A big plus.

This is the worst Marriott hotel I've ever stayed at. This includes hotels during the pandemic in 2021. The check-in process was not informative, the room was small, the tv was small, the layout of the room made no sense. The bathroom is beyond small with no space for anything. Our A/C Vent was hanging off of the ceiling. Foodservice was below a 1. If you can't go down at 10:30 AM and get coffee, something is wrong. When we asked, they said breakfast ended at 10 AM. I thought you could get coffee all day? Apparently, we were supposed to ask for room cleaning service, but that wasn't explained at check-in. We ran out of coffee and cups on day 2. The parking situation is beyond horrendous! You have to park underground. There are minimal spaces, to begin with, with large concrete pillars everywhere. I think there are more handicap spaces than regular spaces. You have small compact cars parking in the middle of these spaces rather than next to the pillars. If you drive a truck or a suburban, forget it. The hotel staff needs to inform patrons on how and where to park to ensure every vehicle has an opportunity. Then enforce it. We saw two large trucks park sideways (so they can fit), and several small cars park in the middle spaces and close to one line, thus taking away virtually three spots if you own or rent a larger vehicle. The street outside is packed with cars due to the apartment homes and two other hotels across the street. Last, the dining menu and hours are ridiculous.

Unfortunately, I've not needed to order out when staying there. The restaurant has an excellent selection of foods to fit almost any hunger. Sorry I couldn't help with this one.
I find them to be very accommodating maybe?
