Check in was fast and easy, room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Balcony on the river view room was well worth the upgrade. A small incident with my vehicle in the parking lot was caught by night patrol and reported to me at check out to take care of it. I've stayed here twice and look forward to visiting again!

This hotel use to be nice and pleasant to stay at. Since Covid hit this hotel has majorly gone down hill. I've stayed at the River's Edge twice in the last year and each time there is suspicious drug activity going on in the lobby/out front. I stayed here a few weeks ago and 1) our room smelt like cigarette smoke 2) the balcony was filthy with mold and debris 3) the air conditioning unit in the room was dripping dark rust water all night long...I found this out walking to the bathroom and having it drip on my head. At check out the following morning I let the hotel management know about the broken air conditioning unit and they said they knew about it and there's nothing they could do to change it. I will never stay here again--I do not recommend this hotel.

Ok if looking for something away from downtown on the river. It needs improvements but they're working on it. Until the renovation is done they have no continental breakfast, the gym is not really anything you want to go in and parking is way too expensive. But other than that it was a great stay! I can't wait to see it when it's complete from renovation. Customer service 10/10 Housekeeping 4/10 Location 8/10 Room 9/10

My 3 day stay there was awesome! I enjoyed walking the trail to view the Willamette River. My room had a balcony where I could enjoy the river from my room also. I didn't get to sit out there due to the rain but overall I still got to enjoy the view. The only thing that is missing is an option for complimentary breakfast. The front desk clerk, Jesse was very helpful on some nearby restaurants. I will definitely be staying here again.
