I toured these beautiful apartments earlier today & the person touring me was kyrin! He was super friendly & helpful with all of my questions. Pricing is fair and it’s a beautiful complex with a park across the street.

Been here for a few months and all I can say is this place is awesome. Very nice and clean renovated units, very hot and cold water, huge living room, most buildings only have 4 units each with their own private front walk way or staircase at a good price. Very clean and quiet complex with a lot of nice neighbors. Right across from an awesome beautiful park. Near all amenities from grocery stores, to restaurants and fast food. Excellent location and Stefan is an awesome property manager. The only downside is the parking which isn’t even that bad. Small lot so only one reserved spot per unit and only 8 or 9 visitor spots. Sadly one car has been parked and left in the same spot for over 2 months and nothing has been done to move it but what can you do I suppose. I tend to park on the street which is only a short walk that I enjoy. Other than parking, which would only be a problem if you have multiple tenants with cars, this place is one of the best apartments in the area.

I do not like the way they treat their tenants, the rent prices are outrageous for having absolutely zero amenities.
