Trash is not being picked up enough, management is gone half the time, they never call back. and BEWARE of the initial rent being low, they will add on $150+ the next year. worst place to live. Only thing that is good is the Maintenance Workers are very nice and knowledgeable

New management has been extremely disappointing. Calling several times before having to give up and find them sitting around at the desk scrolling on their phone. Urgent emails go unanswered until their manager is included on them. Major changes being sprung up on residents without any notice. They've made no effort of customer service that could be seen. I understand it is a busy job and with staff turnover it could be difficult to stay on top of everything, but there has to be more resident focus.

Legit signed papers to move in. Now can’t get a call back or someone to answer. I’ve called for a week and have others trying too. No one picks up the office phone. Been calling all day long and multiple days. Officially looking for a new place before I get scammed. Cuz that’s what it feels like. And don’t say thank you for the feed back. Your not welcome. Bad business especially if I’m supposed to move in. Don’t reply to emails either

This is a beautiful place to live. On the outskirts of Gresham we have our own little oasis. The staff are positive and upbeat. The grounds are kept up beautifully. The pool is amazing with music, beautiful patio furniture, plants, and a laid back relaxing ambiance. The community is very quite and the neighbors are friendly and not all up in your business. This is a family oriented place and pet friendly. We absolutely love our home. I recommend The Arden for anyone searching for home a sanctuary to relax and enjoy your life. It’s definitely a luxury apartment home community.
