My friend lived here had rental assistance money taken by the landlord and then got charged for rent still and nearly evicted. They lie, steal, you name it. On top of that they either wont or cant fix anything. Predatory landlord that should face a class action lawsuit.

This place sounds really great, I was excited to check it out from reading the description and seeing pictures online but when I went by and scoped it out to see it for myself the place looked terrible. I hate to say that but the buildings just looked trashed. I didn't even wanna see the inside. The parking lot is filled with cars everywhere. The outer buildings along the street look okay but that's it and the trash area looked like a real dump, no joke! The place really needs some serious TLC before I would ever consider being a tenant.

Don’t live here! Management never answers the phone or responds to emails (I’m still waiting for a response to an email I sent several months ago). Multiple times I haven’t even been able to get to the trash compactor or recycling bins on the property because of the amount of garbage piled up in front of the trash compactor/recycling bins. My license plates were stolen off my car while it was parked out front of the apartments. We had a damaged door that I asked to be fixed and it never got fixed so my fiancé and I had to find a way to “fix” it ourselves. We were promised something in February and here it is June and we still don’t have these promised items. We moved here for the price but I guess you get what you pay for, the model unit is false advertising for what you get. Overall, unimpressed with this complex.

Moved in in November 2015 but didn't get to see the apartment until move in day. We were told about a few issues, like the floor in the bathroom causes the door to stick but its not too bad. No, its very bad and frustrating when you run into the door because it doesn't open. We have a leak in the garage that caused damage but we are responsible because the complex isn't. We still have the leak and its been months. The neighbors bathroom is the cause and they've been trying to get it fixed since the moved in. They now have black mold and it starting to show in our apartment. The management has done nothing to repair that leak. We have ants in the bathroom coming in from where the neighbors are having the black mold. People don't respect the parking and park where ever and block the drive. I can't wait to move out. I gave one star because I had to.
