I got the enchilada grande, and it was MORE than amazing. I took about 5 bites and was stuffed because it was so filling. I also got the beans and rice, and they came separate and in giant boxes! I’ve got to say, the best mexican food I’ve ever had at a restaurant.

Excellent customer service, good food. Don’t judge the parking lot for the restaurant being crowded, seems most come in here in the evening, just to hit the Video Poker machines. Kid friendly restaurant all hours.

We have been eating at this restaurant for several years, and has always impressed us with their cleanliness, excellent customer service, and fresh amazing, high quality food!! We decided to try their family size, catering style, menu, and is was THE BEST!!! The trays of food were prepared on time and piping hot! Everything was packaged up exceptionally well, and they even carried it out to our car upon pick up. We had a super large order, and they took our order no problems less than 48hrs from pick up! The food was hot and fresh, and sooo much of it! They really went all out from the chips & salsa, to fresh guacamole & salsa fresca, to the sides, and massive entrees!!! Everything was so, so delicious, exact same wonderful quality we have experienced for years dining in! We HIGHLY recommend Fajita's, the absolute BEST Mexican fare food within the Clackamas/metro area! Either dining in, take out, or limited catering, this place is AMAZING!!! And the prices were awesome as well! If you haven't tried Fajita's yet, you are in for an incredible treat! I definitely recommend a few of our personal favorites: shredded beef enchiladas, huge appetizer tray, the BEST chicken tortilla soup, and tamales...we've ordered everything off the menu over the years & everything is just incredibly tasty! You will not be disappointed, I promise!!
