Worst Apartment ever Jessica was not helpful. I left my apartment and when I came back I found out Jessica and James when in my apartment and stole my grandsons Nintendo switch do not move here if you do put camera s all over your house Jessica is the worst manager ever do not move here and mantience man James stole my Nintendo and Jessica is protecting him never I mean never move here.

If you rent a 1st floor apartment or garage/storage unit here, make sure to obtain extra flooding coverage to the renters policy or- make certain the existing insurance covers raw sewage damage from overflowing bathtubs, toilets and sewer drains. Moreover, you rent a garage, make sure you have extra insurance for your car if it gets flooded. Sadly, I had to learn the hard way, and I almost lost my car to irreparable flood damage. I no longer live at these apartments.

I had my 90year old mother over to visit my new home. I couldn't help her down the stairs because I am disabled. Dan was so polite and respectful. He helped her. Thank you Dan! I love my new community!

I wish I could give 0 stars. My lease couldnt have been up faster. I rented a tiny 1 bedroom 1 bath for $910/month and they are increasing the price when it isnt even worth the $910! As soon as it gets a little warm there are TONS of ants and there is no way to get rid of them. You dont get your own washer and dryer and the ones that are shared always make your clothes smell weird. There is NO parking! They're going to start charging for parking when there is absolutely no where to park. The stuff in the apartment breaks so easily. Our towel rack broke off the day we moved in when we put a TOWEL on it. The stupid folding doors break super easily. It's like they do that so they can keep your whole deposit. Do not move here, the price isnt worth it. Maybe if they had a clubhouse or fitness center or SOMETHING that the homeless arent at constantly then it could be worth it. But the trillions of ants everywhere make it not worth it. Maintenance is awesome though, they always clean up the lazy peoples dog poop and stuff but that's about as good as it gets.
