This review is for the managing company Carla Props primarily. Perhaps I'll get a return call back from someone in the corporate headquarters after leaving a poor review. I've called daily for nearly 3 weeks regarding our security deposit trying to dispute the amount we were returned, and Jessica has not bothered to even contact me back. I got through once and was told she'd call me back the next day and was ghosted. The front desk is the only people I can reach amd are lovely but say she is the only one who can help us. We rented at Stone Ridge Apartments for several years and had a great relationship with management there. We had 3 major floods due to excessive water pressure to our building which ruptured a toilet tank, our water filter, and our upstairs neighbors sink causing it to literally rain in our apartment. This was 3 separate floods occurring months apart and each time the main outside our unit was serviced and the entire parking lot flooded. No mold tests were done but most of our furniture mildewed and covered in fuzzy mold when we moved out that was unseen. Stone Ridge is claiming the damaged carpet is from our trained service animals. Expect to hear from our lawyers soon since no one with Carla Props is professional enough to handle a dispute properly. Do not rent with any of their properties

We have lived here for 5 years in 2 different apartments the staff/maintenance have always been helpful and friendly and on top of any issues. This is a great place to call home.

The noise and privacy here is the big concern, I have been here through the properties remodel and it was very noisey. Now that the construction is mostly over it should be much more peaceful, unfortunately that's is not the case. Between maintenance workers everyday of the week creating disruptions beginning as early as 8am, to street sweeper trucks, tree trimmers, noisy neighbors thin walls and thin sound barriers in the apartments it makes for a tough place to relax. On several occasions I woke to a ladder slamming up against my window while in bed and maintenance at my window, not a very comfortable situation to wake to especially with no advance notice. There are some areas that management can improve on with the scheduling of these tasks to make it a peaceful place to live and with finding solutions to help decrease the disruptions however even when reported it has proven not to be a priority. Parking is a breeze, the pool is a great touch when available, the gym leaves a lot to be desired since a couple of the machines often are not working properly. Being a non smoking property is a huge plus and being conveniently located to bus, and max lines, shopping, grocery stores, and banks also adds value to the property.

Great apartnents! I lived there a short time, 6 months. The property is extremely well taken care of. Shelby in maintenace really takes pride in the community and is knowledgeable with work orders, he is a good maintenace supervisor. Carolyn the manager is awesome! She was always helpful, proffessional, on top of everything and genuinely a nice person. I had a weird smell in my entry closet, that no one knew where it was coming from. Carolyn and Shelby did numerous trials and error to correct the situation, when one solution did not correct the issue, they would come up with another idea to try and resolve it, eventually they did! The remodeled apartments are adorable! I highly recommend Stone Ridge! Thank you Carolyn for making my stay there great!
