Love going here - they have a great variety of drink options + add ins as well as some great snack food (basil popcorn chicken, curry shrimp balls, ...). It's a take out place - no tables and parking can be a challenge but definitely worth a stop.

It was good, just when I came it was late and they were closing soon so they had no Boba pearls and I asked for 30% sweetness but it was tasting like more than 100%. In other places it is not like this... :(

This was my second time coming to this tea place. I ordered a Taro smoothie with boba that added up to be $7.25. The Taro had almost no flavor to it and had a milky, runny taste to it. The milk smoothie tasted expired. Would not recommend.

I just stopped by and ordered a avocado smoothie (with pearls) and takoyaki. Everything was so yummy!! I loved the flavor of the smoothie and the boba was really well made. I was most impressed with the takoyaki which was really really delicious 😋 The staff was also incredibly nice and even left a really sweet note on my drink! Thanks so much for making my day, y'all!!
