1. Over charge like crazy for utilities. Just moved into a house and utilities are literally half the cost for the whole house. They make you pay for the electric used in the hallways which I have never had to pay before in any other building. 2.They Pump toxic air freshener into the hallways that leached into and saturated the apartment causing us serious health issues for months until I figured it out and when I alerted management they only removed them on my floor and didn’t show any concern that other residents could be effected and made no effort to find out or alert them of the potential problems - headaches, loss of appetite/nausea, irritated eyes, asthma attacks all symptoms listed on the manufacturer’s website toxicology report. When I suggested alerting the residents in case anyone else was suffering and didn’t know the cause all I got was corporate handling that was clearly all about avoiding a lawsuit rather than concern for resident health and well-being. 3. No one wears masks in the enclosed hallways even when mask mandates were in effect. 4. If you have Verizon you have to get Wi-Fi immediately as you get very poor service in the area

Very nice place to live. Family friendly. Reasonable monthly rent. Pretty new APT! The apt manager is little bit slow to respond but kind and professional.

We've been in NBR for a month now and are very happy with both the apartment and the staff here. The staff has responded to any questions quickly, they've been great about reaching out to inform us when packages have arrived and have sent out help with any issue we've had. The apartment itself is well really well built, and although you can hear other residents while walking the hallways, we've had no issues inside the apartment. While the apartment and the complex are excellent, the area wouldn't receive five stars at the moment. There's a great deal of traffic coming from the 26 as Bethany/Kaiser goes down to one lane, and the nearest shopping centers are too small to provide great service with a population surge from all the apartments and homes being built in North Bethany. Hopefully, this will all be resolved with future development, but it doesn't detract too much from what is otherwise a charming area.
