Great place to live and scenic in the right spots. Parking space is tough, but manageable. Need more public spaces. The noise can be an issue due freeway or leaf blowers. I would rate a star higher if it wasn't for the fact that these apartment decided to make it harder to deal with paying rent. Making it so only one payment happens all at once for the rent is ridiculous. It's electronic. What, it costs an extra $0.10 cents or less to do separate payments??? Sorry your rich billionaire stockholders aren't going to make an extra million! Jeez man, try making life tougher for regular people and see what happens down the road.

Just signed the lease to begin our fifth year here. Wes and his maintenance crew are great, and the front office staff are very responsive and professional. Landscaping is beautiful. The location is prime with its easy access to 217 and 26 and Sunset Transit Center.

One of the cleanest, nicest, and safest apartment complexes I've seen around. Really enjoy walking around this area. Units are also very nice, with lots of open space. Very impressed with the amount of closet / storage space too!
