I lived here winter of 21-22 and actually loved it. Matt and Henry were both super helpful = really solid guys. I had a view of the river that was AMAZING in all weather. I used the kayak rentals and coffee machine and loved the automatic/phone based security stuff. Nothing is perfect - there were some weird choices made in my apartment layout (no top level drawer you can use for silverware in the kitchen, only one outlet in the bathroom, weirdly positioned lights) and while the free coffee machine worked 95% of the time it always seemed to run out exactly when I didn't want it to, lol. The area is super safe and it's easy to take the streetcar or the 35 bus places. I found all the elevator neighbors super friendly and did not personally have issues with anything else.

I moved from Texas back to Oregon. Finding the Osprey apartments was life saving. Matt the leasing manager is nothing short of wonderful. He has made my move worry free. When you find an agent that makes your move a dream what a joy !!!! Matt is very professional and is so helpful and kind. I would recommend the Osprey to anyone. Matt you are the bees knees!!!!

New management is really bad at communicating and never responds to my emails. Our car was broken into and we pay for $200 onsite parking garage. The security door from the garage into the building has been broken for half of the year and they will never fix it. We just got our kitchen light fixed and they got a replacement order with cheaper lighting and now the new one doesn’t match the old one. The new one looks significantly small and cheaper with generic black cable wiring. Also they will walk in your apartment with their shoes on if you don’t specifically ask for shoe coverings. We loved this place last year when we moved in but with the new management, this apartment is getting progressively worse in both management and appliances. Not a luxury living anymore. The floors are very thin so you can hear EVERYTHING from floor to floor. This place is not worth your money and time. I hope this helps your decisions!

The new management is horrible. They refuse to respond to emails or voicemails. They have not communicated any updates to residents regarding the massive construction that started last week right across from the osprey. Construction starts well before the legal time of 7AM, constant noise, dust and lack of privacy. I came home to a steel fence that was put up six feet away from my patio walkway. No communication from management that this was going to happen! The construction will last for the next 4-5 years. On top of all this, management is increasing rents!!!!! If you want to live right next to a massive demolition site, have your apartment shake from the drilling and have no peace and quiet then come to the Osprey. Just don’t expect management to respond to your questions or concerns!!...UPDATE: Pile drilling started last week, the noise is beyond loud, shakes the entire building and it will last until 12/15/21, NOT 11/15/21 like management claims. They are already behind on the pile drilling....You do not want to live in this place....We were told by management to go to the common areas during the day when the pile drilling is happening. They are basically saying that you no longer are able to have peace and quiet where you live, so leave your apartment and spend the day in the common areas surrounded by a bunch of people during a pandemic... AND you will still hear the pile drilling and feel the building shake...!!!

Questions & Answers

What is the rent per month?

There is no set price- depends on how big of a unit, where in the building, unit amenities (balcony/patio/river view etc etc), time of year (winter generally is less expensive as more people move during the summer months), and how many units are currently vacant (the more vacant the building is the more likely you are able to get a lower monthly rate/ additional weeks rent free etc). Check website for most current up to date rates. When I moved In Rates ran from $1450 - $4kish
