I called Wednesday (12/27) to get set up for a settlement with a payment plan. They gave me a quote and said you have until Friday to pay the down payment to start it as i did not have the money at the moment. I called friday morning (12/29) all agents were busy, kept hearing the automated voice and after 6 mins of waiting the system hung up. Called back again same thing. So i was like i will just call after work. I get off at 2pm call right away, same thing. Get home and try every hour until about 6pm still nothing. I dont know if they're that busy or what, but I would love to pay this money and be done. Their system just sucks. There is no vm, no option to receive a call back and keep your place, it's either you get thru or you don't. Try to call first thing this morning and they are closed. Guess I'll be callling after the new year

Went in today (8-21-17) at about 9:45 am. Two females were working didn't get the first ones name that helped me but she was awesome. Their system was down when I 1st got their. After it was back up she informed me she was able 2 help. She helped me figure out what I owed and then told me to call the 800 number to try and get a settlement. So I did and then went back and it was the other female (Amy) and she too was awesome. The 2 females that work the Seattle front desk really helped I thought I owed more then what they told me so they kept digging in the system to figure other ways if they could pull anything up from my License plates so I could settle. Got everything taken care of thanks to those 2!

Yea im going through this still, seems like an easy fix and they do nothing, makes me wanna stop paying and let them call me.
It's best to go in person. It sucks but that was the only way I was able to solve anything. Plus the lady I spoke with at the downtown location was able to help me get tickets pulled and I didn't have to pay those stupid fees. Only the price of the ticket
I dont get it. I work. I dont have time to wait on the phone and then get hung up on.
They close at 5pm. I believe they open at 830am or 9am
