I went here looking to upgrade my wife's entertainment system in her Cadillac. I purchased an awesome system and some new speakers. The staff there was both professional and friendly. They knew what i needed to install and installed it the same day. this is the second time at this particular store and both time the experience was the same. if you're looking for anything to upgrade your ride, i would definitely check this place out first.

Everyone we met at car toys were absolutely wonderful, they worked for hours trying to put in a automatic start in my new Kia and could not get it done, but the point was they had worked so hard to do it they were so kind and so disappointed when they had to tell me they could not do it. well I didn't want their hours to be a waste, so I had my truck detailed and had a navigation system put in it. again they were very knowledgeable they told me what they were doing before they did it they checked everything out I can't speak highly enough about the whole crew at car toys Olympia Mary

Car Toys Olympia put an updated stereo and backup camera in my 2007 Porsche 911. They did a fabulous job of it. With the supply chain challenges of late ‘21 it took a while to get all the parts they needed (and two tries with one specialized part that failed to work as intended the first time)—but they stuck with and got me set up with great sound, Apple Car Play, and backup viewing. Great, great work, always courteous and skillful. Highly recommended.

The staff were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, they went above and beyond to ensure all aspects of the work was done to the highest standards and my satisfaction (even identified and took care of issues that I wasn't aware of), most impressive was they took the time to provide operational procedures for the installed equipment to ensure I received the best experience possible, even went ahead and threw in a little extra at no cost to keep my pony up to snuff and looking like a thoroughbred.
