Very good about sticking to the posted open for business hours. The gentleman that worked this week passed anything and everything you could imagine including a warm chicken salad burrito dinner. Parking lot is very small and tight turn around.

I love ALL the people, place, and things of this place! They have every harm reduction component anyone who uses needs, and this helps keep the spread of disease and death down by a large percentage. You can volunteer here whether you are clean or using. They welcome EVERYONE and are EXTREMELY nice. The only negative is that they are so bombarded with questions, comments or concerns that sometimes getting one of the staffs attention totally reminds me of being at a super busy/popular bar, attempting to get ahold of the bartender to order a drink. But that just goes to show you how much patience the staff here has; they're still kind, calm, and collected while sometimes being distracted by people yelling over one another. Thank you guys! Xoxo

We don’t hand out suboxone, we have a temporarily lapse in our suboxone service, but it should be back and running in a few weeks. Normally you can come to the exchange, get your intake and the prescriber will call in your prescription that day and you can pick it up. You can call +1 (206) 947-6590 for more info :)
We are open on Thursdays from 5 to 7 PM, we are open Fridays from 1 to 5 PM, we are open Sundays from 1 to 5 PM, and we are open Tuesdays from 5 to 7 PM. At the University district exchange.
Our phone line does not go to the Needle Exchange it self it goes to the office, if the office folks are out at the exchange then no one will answer.
