This is a Japanese place specializing in noodles (soba and udon). They are only doing take out, though there are a few outdoor seating options. The staff were prompt in taking our order and the food didn’t take too long to come out. I tried the cold udon with mountain veggies combo with spicy tuna roll. The udon was pretty chewy and the veggies were a nice add. I got the noodles cold and it came with some soup with good flavor. However, I wish that there were options for all kinds of toppings. My favorite udon place in Boston (Yume ga aru kara) serves udon with many different toppings. The spicy tuna roll was pretty good too, and the pieces were huge! Lots of fish inside. It paired well with the ginger. My boyfriend got the cold soba with fried pieces combo with curry rice. He said the soba was okay (definitely go with udon if you order from this place). The curry was sweeter than I’m used to, but otherwise pretty good. Overall, the food was pretty good. I’d say better than some other udon I’ve had, but not my top.

Fukada only offers take out now. There are tables outside of you want to eat there. Food is still very good. Restaurant opens at 11:30 but you can call around 11:15 to place your order. This is my favorite lunch combo, sea food salad and unagi don. (extra $) Big pieces of sashimi, the salad dressing is so good I bought a bottle to take home one time. They sell their different dressings for $5 a bottle.

First time here And I will come back for sure!!! Definitely my new Japanese restaurant They have lunch and dinner menu You need to buy an entree and get a roll of sushi. I ordered my usual chicken kaarage and tofu salad. My husband ordered the hot soba and dumplings. And I tried they green tea ice cream. I will definitely go back here with the 30 people of our friends and family.

I lived in Tokyo for three years so I was searching for good Japanese food. Fukada delivered! I went before they opened on a weekday and joined the queue of people waiting. I sat at the bar and ordered gyoza and katsudon. The katsudon came with a salad and miso soup, which is a great deal. Everything was delicious! I went back another day for dinner around 6pm and was seated immediately. I tried the oyakodon that time and it was also very good, though I prefer the katsudon. This place is going to be a regular spot for me!

Only if you get there early and put your name on the list. You also must be there when they call it, i.e. stick around and wait
Don't know. Didn't ask. Food was palatable, and apparently authentic judging from the amount of Japanese being spoken by the customers.
You could definitely order takeout for a large crew.
