Major Disappointment at Prestige! This is our 3rd season owning a 2005 Supra 24SSV. We have taken it to Prestige for every maintenance check- fall & summer. When I would pick up the boat, the technician would get it the boat with me, show and tell me what they did, answer any questions, show me things to look for and to check on. This was the piece of mind we pay for and expect from Prestige. This spring, it was difficult to even get on the schedule. Once we got in, it took more than 2 weeks for them to even look at it and no communication until we called. When the spring check was completed, I picked it up. They said everything looked good and it was ready to go so we headed to the lake. Within 10 minutes of boating, the engine blew. There was smoke billowing out of the engine. I immediately checked the oil and there was no oil on the dipstick, not even remnants. We called Prestige and they said to bring it in on Monday. Didn’t hear anything from them for a week until I called them. Another week went by. They did not make us a priority whatsoever. Finally, they called to say yes the engine is blown and did not want to take responsibility. When I questioned their maintenance team they started to get abrasive on the phone. After I talked to the owner, he sped up the process a bit but ultimately they decided to take no responsibility. They tried to lessen the blow by having me do an insurance claim when we knew they wouldn’t cover anything mechanical (that has now been confirmed). They then claimed to not even be able to find us a new engine and no solution moving forward. We called around and found another shop who was able to find us one (and from the same company Prestige orders from!). We will not be returning to Prestige. If you think you are paying for peace of mind, quality customer service and honesty at Prestige, you may be very disappointed.

Buying a boat is always a fun experience, getting it serviced is another story. Prestige winterized, shrink wrapped and stored my boat all winter long and had it ready to go (including all warranty work) by the time they stated. Getting good service after a sale is always a thought that leaves most people underwhelmed, Prestige delivers.

I have been getting my boat serviced at prestige for a couple years now. A little pricey, but they got the job done. Recently my experiences have been dissatisfying so I will be looking for a new service center. It all started in fall of 2020 when I specifically asked the technician to turn the battery switch off when they were done servicing. The radio has a habit of turning on by itself. Long story short the switch was left on and my battery was dead when I arrived to pick it up. Not a huge deal, but dissatisfying. Come January 2021 I call and schedule an appointment for an oil change. They put me down for May 4th. I call the day before the appointment to make sure everything is good. They say they have no record of the appointment. I get some excuse about Robert no longer working there and he probably didn’t put it in their system. Well I definitely made my appointment with a woman. They do the right thing and say they will still take the boat on the 4th. After a week of radio silence I call to see what the status is. I learn it will be ANOTHER 3 weeks before they will get to the boat. Now I can understand being understaffed, but why did no one say they were 4 weeks behind schedule when I dropped the boat off? We are talking about a 2hr job max. My guess is I got thrown to the back of the line because I did not buy a 100k boat from them. To their credit they did say “yeah sorry about that”.

Theres always some used inventory. Of course it's always rotating depending on what's being traded in/sold.
Yes, we are a Honda dealer. We order motors to install on our Premier pontoons, and we some Honda parts in stock. However, we don't stock Honda motors for sale, but would be happy to order one for you.
