This is my favorite greenhouse in Boise. They always have a great variety of plants and the atmosphere is amazing. I collect snake plants and Edwards is really good at surprising me with new varieties I don’t have

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!! Best prices for plants that I have ever seen! HUGE selection. Indoor plants, outdoor plants, fruit trees, succulents, planters, soil, wind chimes, garden knick knacks..... literally anything you could want or need. I left with two grosso lavender and a fidlle leaf fig. Truly something for every plant lover, helpful service, a rewards program and more. This is the only place I will shop for plants in the treasure valley. Can't wait to head back in for my next gardening project!!

Family owned greenhouse for over 80 years. The best in Boise. they grow almost all their annuals in their own greenhouses. The plants and trees that they bring in are all of the highest quality. They have a great selection hard goods garden supplies and other interesting items. You can easily lose a day there just wandering through everything and enjoying the sights and smells. It continues to be the best greenhouse in Boise.

The best greenhouse in Boise! Employees are super helpful! Plants always get the best care!!

They have houseplant palms. Such as ponytail palms and such. Not actual California palm palm trees.
Just make sure you have proper ID etc and, I'm pretty sure 😉
Yes, now is a good time to clean them up and they should come back this season.
Yes. Edward's is pretty much the go-to spot for anything plant-related.
I'd start at Edwards.
We do carry Rose of Sharon. Typically, it is available mid April through August.
You can plant pansies or violas when it cools off just a bit and they will usually winter over. I plant a few barrels of them every fall and they get covered in snow and then in the spring they start coming back and look amazing!
If you call and ask they can ask the proper department while you wait on the phone. That will be a more accurate answer than here. I work there and inventory changes a lot and FAST.
We will have Zinnia Short Stuff series available in the 1st or 2nd week of May, call ahead and we can make sure they are available for sale.
We are sold out for the season. So sorry.
Not sure if they are currently available, but their website does list them. Looks like the price is $3 for a pony pack, $2 for a 3.5in round pot, and $3 for 3.5in specialty pepper pot. https://www.edwardsgreenhouse.com/resources?fbclid=IwAR14QKgK8s1efw-B2_1W-k_o_dlMQNgbVvhA0vZZ0RW_A8CJfMn7yBv00b4
We have both available for sale now.
We are sorry we do not carry them.
We do not currently have them. But, we will have thornless blackberries next spring. Please check out our plant lists on our website, https://www.edwardsgreenhouse.com/plant-lists
We do sell raspberries in the spring. They are available for sale in April. Please see our plant list, www.edwardsgreenhouse.com/plant-lists We will have an updated Berry List for 2021 in March.
Yes they usually do. They are low on that stock now. I'd call them if I were you.
I dnt know but the staff is very knowledgeable.
As answered previously by others, it is mostly wheelchair accessible, but has some difficult areas esp. where gravelled and some narrow walkways.
Back in March, they had 4" square pots of them. I haven't seen gallon containers.
Yes they have Rugosa Roses currently. But stock changes almost daily right now.
We don't have many peonies this time of year. Usually February they start coming in and we have more in October.
Tennille's answer is good. It's a zone 6 to 9 which is somewhat problematic for here but they could answer the question.
Yes they have hellebores. Should be able to plant them now as they are a super late winter, early spring flower. I'd talk to the lady in perennials though. She knows her stuff!
If you are checking Google they are often wrong. They have the hours wrong for my work and dispute multiple attempts to fix. Check the company's website.
They have river birches. At least they did last week. Their perennial sale has decimated the stock of trees.
No. They are growing some though. Check back.
Yes, they do offer that and other classes. Most of the information is on their website.
Unless you have a greenhouses.... Well Edwards specializes in the plants that do well in the treasure valley. As a happy X-California native, I have nothing but respect for Edwards. Ps. They don't sell my favorite avacados either.
Try southern California. They are like Avocado trees. Freezing is a bad tking for bogainvillea. Sort of like Jerry Brown, he needs pot and illegal immigrants to stay in power.
Yes, they have them
Currently not. Expecting them to come in early June
Yes, they have them. Should just be coming up in pots. Lots of colors in day lilies. Hurry they will go quick!
Yes
We do in the cooler months. We should have some ready for sale in October through March.
What is the recommended soil temp?
Yes
I am sorry, we do not carry Dragon's Claw Ivy. We do however carry several different varieties.
Yes, we will be carrying Hablitzia Tamnoides.
