One of the best Ramen chains in California. This is due to their very customizable Ramen dish with their base being a traditional Tonkotsu Ramen. Ordering is very simple, they give you a sheet where you can check off what you want to order and any toppings and sides you want to add. Overall, a great Ramen experience.

4/18/2022 Came here for lunch last week because Asian Tapas was closed. My noodle was over cooked.. this should be a sin for a noodle house. Flavor and service was good.

Udon + Ramen place. Serves one type of ramen (basic chashu pork ramen) with a large amount of options for customization (noodle firmness, saltiness, oil level, fat level, + all toppings) so don't expect to choose from other types of ramen broth. Way more variety in udon, and a good selection of sides as well. May seem on the pricier side, but the amount you get is also fairly large. Pictured is ultimate curry udon, shrimp tempura curry udon, and shrimp tempura udon. All regular sizes. Udon noodle was softer than my liking, but still good.
