Negative: The roaches in the room. Dirt carpet needs to be shampooed. Breakfast was horrible. The location is not desirable. There were addicts doing drugs in the open on the street next to the hotel. people roaming near the parking lot that were not hotel guests.

I checked in online the day before which made my check in process simple, fast, and painless. I was handed my key cards and my bag of goodies for being a rewards member and off to my room I went. The staff was super friendly and each interaction I was greeted with a smile.

The room was beautiful. The bathrooms are very nice. No free breakfast. We thought the toast put out and unattended was free but after placing two pieces of toast in the toaster, a woman walked past and greeted me. After a moment, she watches me grab a few items (butter and jelly), she asked if I had paid for vouchers. I turned and said “no I didn’t know we needed vouchers.” She then told me the “breakfast” (toast and jam) isn’t complimentary and that I could I love you for vouchers at the front. I then walked away and left my toast in the toasted and I apologized for assuming. Mind you, there are no signs that say anything. There was also no attendant while I was preparing this, it CLEARLY advertised FREE BREAKFAST all over Google and it was only TOAST so I was quite confused when I was asked to pay . Either way, NO FREE BREAKFAST.

Positive: Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. Negative: We had 2 rooms. While our room was clean, my granddaughters room was not. The coffee table had sticky stuff on it and the room itself was not as clean as ours. I offered to have them change rooms but they used disinfectant wipes to clean it. Disappointing
