The wife and I were looking at replacing our storm doors. Visited a couple of big box stores but decided to shop locally with Kellogg. Glad we did. They had a tech measure our doors. He arrived on time was done quickly. Before we settled on a style, we visited the store to see some of our options. After our visit, we received the quote in just a couple of days. Pleasantly surprised with the cost of the doors and the installation. Booked the install and they were able to accommodate us very quickly. Our tech arrived a couple of minutes early and went to work getting each door removed and the new ones installed. I am very happy with the entire process. Price, product and service was everything I'd hoped.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. They can’t return calls and can’t find orders. Supposed to call you when item comes in but they don’t! When you call and finally get an answer then their installers don’t show up and you have to call and call to find out what happened.
