It’s what to be expected from fast food but fresh. Took two stars off last time I went for lunch but this time it was breakfast Lid was not on all the way on the coffee So yes coffee everywhere Biscuit was hard and I mean like yesterday hard. Not happy camper right now.

I went through the drive through and ordered only a large plain soda drink. The drive through was a bit slow, but getting the drink through the window was extremely slow. I wathced it sitting there for several minutes before someone honored it with their attention, grabbed it and stretched their arm through the window. I haven't had this experience anywhere else - typically the drink is ready and I get to keep moving. If they cannot get a simple drink out fast, imagine the challenges with anything else.

The staff at this location is spectacular! They were happy to provide above and beyond service with a smile. They were a blessing to me today and I am thankful. I can see why they are one of the local favorites.

On 4/23/2022 I went to this Wendy's for dinner. When we got our food it looked okay. Toddler was hungry and cranky so when the chicken nuggets and French fries were cold I just shrugged it off because the kiddo needed something to munch on before we could got home to eat. After opening the sandwiches up at home, I find that there are exactly zero toppings on my sandwich. Just bun and chicken patty that looked like it had been sitting out under the heat lamp for a long while. I have tried calling and leaving a message for the manager. No return call. Filed a grievance through their app (which I had placed the order through) with zero response. Trash customer service, the kind that makes you want to never support an entire brand ever again.
