Had the Wagu burger. Thick, juicy, but cooked more than Medium-Rare, which is what they advertise on the menu. Arby's should stick to Roast Beef and leave the burgers to others. Curly fries were just OK. Overcooked and a bit stale. I've had better at other Arby's locations. The lady who took my order was very friendly. Another lady called my name to pick it up and she wasn't too friendly, at all. Almost curt. Probably pass on this location in the future.

Adding 1 star because the service was fantastic as far as personality. The lady was very nice and professional. Now about this food... Everything tasted old, like it was preserved in week-old used cooking oil, until it was served. I've learned my lesson. Won't be back. At least the peeps were nice!

Your doors are locked with signs that say Drive-through Only. Did you notice your supply semi is blocking your drive-through entirely? Do you guys hate money? Its 11am. Is that an unreasonable time for lunch? I drove here specifically bc Google map says you're open.

The manager is handling food without gloves on, touching fresh food bare handed, and was picking his nose. We saw that and decided to leave I also managed to grab photos. They also managed to forget the sauce to the French Dip and Swiss so I went back had it made fresh because everything was now cold and they then forgot to put the cheese on the sandwich. Do not recommend eating at this Arbys.
