I'm just tired of the ice cream machines always being down. Follow us time frame like across the board since you're all franchises of when you're going to clean your machine. That would be super simple and please everybody.

Food is alright, you get what you get, it’s McDonald’s. The reason for a 3 star is because in the drive through, the robot taking the orders is terrible. It consistently takes the wrong orders and I have to go back and correct it. It’s annoying and time consuming. I wanted two things and it took 5 minutes to get the order correct. The staff members are cool though.

Was picking up a delivery order from here 7 minutes before close. I waited at the drive-thru and drove around 2 times. I saw the order I was supposed to pick up already ready on the counter. They were pretending to be closed. I waited at the window for someone then right at close I saw someone look at the ready order then at me then they ignored me and walked away while I was honking and waving at them. They looked me dead in the eyes and just walked away. Just happened.

Pulled in drive through with a mobile order 34 minutes before advertised closing time. Woman inside refused to acknowledge me, even to refund my order. Just let me and 2 other cars sit outside. I never got my money back.
